3. Payment Terms

• Sign-Up Fee: A non-refundable fee is required for partner registration and the creation of an online store on our platform.

• Service Charges: FinanceHubMaster.com will deduct service charges from the sale proceeds as specified in the partner agreement.

• Payment Reimbursement: Payments will be processed and reimbursed to the partner after deducting applicable service charges and shipping costs.

4. Confidentiality

Partners must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information shared by FinanceHubMaster.com. Unauthorized disclosure or use of such information is prohibited and may result in termination of the partner relationship.

5. Insurance Requirements

Partners are required to maintain adequate insurance coverage, including but not limited to:

• Commercial General Liability Insurance

• Product Liability Insurance

• Workers Compensation Insurance

Upon request, partners must provide certificates of insurance evidencing the required coverage.

6. Compliance with Laws

Partners must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including but not limited to anti-corruption laws and tax regulations. Partners are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits.

7. Termination

FinanceHubMaster.com reserves the right to terminate the partner relationship at its discretion, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions

• Failure to meet performance standards

• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to legal proceedings in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10. Amendments
